Q1. What files do you need to prepare if you want to get a quote from us?

For PCB board, you need to prepare Gerber files, it should include RS274X, ODB++++, DXF, PCB, PCB Permati DOC, etc.

For PCBA (PCB with soldered components), in addition to PCB files, you also need to prepare BOM (Parts List), Pick & Place File (txt format), Real Sample Image or 3D PDF Version File, etc.

For PCB layout, you need to provide PCB schematic and PCB outline drawing.

For PCB design, you need to express your ideas and we will discuss whether we can realize your ideas.

Q2. Is there a limit on your MOQ?

We are able to handle small and large batch production flexibly. We have no MOQ limit, and the minimum order we accept is 1 piece.

Generally, the more the production quantity, the lower the unit price and the longer the delivery time.

Q3. How to keep product information and design files confidential?

A: Your files will be kept completely safe and secure. We protect the intellectual property rights of our customers throughout the process. All customer files will never be shared with third parties.

B: We are willing to sign a confidentiality agreement with our customers that is subject to local laws and promise to keep customer data highly confidential.

Q4. How long is the delivery time?

For PCB standard samples, the production time is 1-7 days, small batch production time is 7-10 days, and large order production time is 12-25 days.

Q6. How long does it take to get a quote for PCB and PCBA?

PCB quotes can be completed within 0.5-2 hours, PCBA depends on the component

quantity, if simple, can be completed within 6 hours, if complex and more, 12-36 hours

can be completed.

Q7. Shipping cost?

We usually offer EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF and DDU terms, if there is no special requirement, the default term on the quotation is FOB Shenzhen.
If you have a requirement, please mention the terms.

We have been working with express companies including DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and EMS, and air and sea freight are also available.

The freight is determined by the destination, weight, and package size of the goods. If you need us to quote the freight for you, please let us know.

Q8. Do you accept processing materials provided by customers?

Yes, we can source components and we also accept components from customers.
