PCB inductance coil:
We know that electricity generates magnetism and magnetism generates electricity. When a constant current flows through a wire, the two promote each other and appear at the same time.
A constant magnetic field is always excited around the wire. When we bend the wire into an inductor, using the law of electromagnetic induction we have learned,
we can determine that there is a current in the inductor. Next, we put the inductor in an inductor.
When the current in the inductor changes, such as from an inductor to an inductor, or vice versa, the magnetic field in the inductor should also change, and the changed magnetic field will generate a new current. According to the law of electromagnetic induction, this “new current” must be opposite to the original current, so it has a certain resistance to the change of DC current in a short time.
However, once the change is completed, the current is stable, the magnetic field no longer changes, and there is no resistance.
When traditional PCB needs to generate magnetic flux/inductance, it is usually designed with wires, pads, and welding components on the PCB, and then the corresponding components are welded. Even if the magnetic flux/inductance is small, the volume of the components is relatively large, occupying a large welding area and space of the circuit board, which is not conducive to the miniaturization of the product. Moreover, because the components are higher than the circuit board, they are easily impacted, deformed, and damaged.
